TLC Management is a leading health care consulting and management company that oversee the operations of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout Indiana and Florida. The affiliates of TLC Management are committed to restoring their residents to their highest potential through kind, compassionate, medical care. In order to support this goal, TLC Management employees Directors of Property Management to ensure all state and federal codes are met and routinely monitored through all facilities to provide a safe homelike environment for each resident.
The Director of Property Management is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and environmental services throughout facilities affiliated with TLC Management as regulated by State and Federal Codes. This includes preparing financial reports, performance reports, and aiding in the Life-Safety Code Plan of Correction process. Additional duties as a multi-facility consultant include preparing annual budgets for capital investments, monitoring maintenance services, and monitoring housekeeping services at each facility. The position requires an expertise in Life–Safety and Department of Health codes, both at the State and Federal level.
